Chicken Recipes Best Low Carb
REVIEW OF THE BEST LOW CARB CHICKEN RECIPES
Chicken is a staple of the Atkins and other low carb diets. But after a while cooks become bored with their own recipes and let’s face it. There is only so much you can do with a chicken! Wrong! There are loads of delicious recipes that won’t compromise on your carb counting. I have reviewed hundreds of low carb chicken recipes online and here are my favorite three.
Low Carb Chicken Curry
Ingredients:-
3 tablespoons butter
2 pounds chicken breast fillets, cut into 1 inch strips
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
1/4 teaspoon red-pepper flakes (optional)
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Heat butter in a heavy casserole over medium-high heat until foam from butter subsides. Add chicken strips and cook in batches until browned, 5 minutes per batch. Add cumin, coriander, ginger, red pepper flakes (if using) and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Slowly add heavy cream and simmer (do not let mixture come to a boil) until heated through, 3 minutes.
Transfer chicken and sauce to a serving plate. Garnish with cilantro.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:-
1 egg
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
2 pounds chicken wings
Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 green onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, pushed through a press
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Finger food at its best! Whip up a batch of these crispy hot wings for a sure-fire crowd pleaser. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Servings: 6 , Prep time: 25 minutes , Bake/Cook time: 20 minutes, Chill time: 30 minutes

Ranch Chicken
Ingredients:-
3 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 pkg Hidden Valley dry Ranch Dressing
3 slices bacon
1 c shredded Cheddar
Lay chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle dry dressing mix on top. Lay bacon across, and top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake open additional 15 min. (Total 7.5 carbs - serves 2 @ 3.8 ea)
